Standby SBC VM Memory Upgrade

We will be installing additional RAM on the VM hosting the standby SBC. Since the maintenance is being performed on the standby system, we do not anticipate any impact to production services. The active SBC will remain in service and continue handling traffic throughout the maintenance window.
