Description and scope: On Sunday, March 3rd 2024 at 2:00 a.m. EST we will be performing infrastructure updates requested by the underneath infrastructure provider (AWS). The following services will be affected: - From 2:00 am till 2:30 am EST: > ACD infrastructure update. > Impact: The ACD service needs to be restarted. The restart takes less than 5 minutes but queued calls will drop and new calls won't be queued until the restart process finishes. Please reach our support team if you need assistance activating a contingency plan by routing calls to Business Voice extensions while this intervention is taking place. - From 2:00 am till 4:00 am EST: > Container's infrastructure update. > Impact: The following services won't be available for 2 hours: + Digital Channels: Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram: contingency for these channels not available. + BV-CX integration: Customers using BV-CX integration will be able to use WebRTC extensions if configured. Please reach our support team if you need assistance setting up WebRTC CX extensions.
