Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance for the Business Voice platforms.
Impact: During the deployment window, select customers may experience a brief interruption in service (for up to 15 minutes)- impacting active calls as well. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday 04/28/2026 at 5:30 AM ET
Duration: Expected to be a 60 minute window
