Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance on our Business Voice Plus platforms. Impact: Select customers may experience temporary disruptions in any third-party integrations during the deployment window. There may also be some users who may experience routing difficulties on select calls during the deployment window. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday November 20th at 9:00 PM Eastern Time Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60-minute window
