Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance on the Business Voice Plus platform. Impact: Select users may experience a temporary lag in Save to System in BV Portal. There is also maintenance being performed that may impact select Business Voice Plus locations to produce false StarWatch alerts. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday 07/30/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Duration: Expected to be a 60 minute window
