Details and Scope: There are scheduled updates to APIs being used by Business Voice and Business Voice Plus customers for Application Framework and BV Reports.
Sangoma will also be updating time servers (NTP) on our platforms.
Impact: There is no expectation of any service interruption or degradation. All calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday March 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM EST
