Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance for the Community platform.
Impact: Select customers may experience loss of SIP signaling (for new calls and calls attempting to disconnect) and lack of presence for up to 180 seconds; existing SIP registrations for devices may be interrupted for as long as 240 seconds and some reporting may be unavailable for up to 60 seconds. Active calls will not be impacted and all other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.

Duration: Expected to be a 120 minute window
