On March 7th 2025, Poly began migration of their existing PDMS (Poly Device Management Services) to their newer Poly ZT program. The migration will affect all service providers and is scheduled to conclude by March 12th 2025 at 7 PM MST. During this period, Poly expects that all devices will continue to function as expected, however, select models (Poly Rove, Poly D239 and Obi ATAs) will NOT be able to be provisioned and/ or will not be able to get their configurations if they undergo a factory reset. This applies to all voice platforms with Poly or Obi devices.
Poly expects all provisioning services to be restored by March 12th 2025 7:00 PM MST.
This is NOT a scheduled Sangoma maintenance, but if there are any delays, this notice will be updated.
