Scheduled
Description and scope: On Monday 4/15/2024 at 9:00 pm EDT we will be performing a scheduled intervention in the Sangoma TeamHub platform, upgrading it to version 3.2 which includes many fixes and new features. Please note this intervention might have a small impact (users might see a reconnecting message for a few seconds).

Intervention duration: 60 minutes

Impact: Users might see a reconnecting message for few seconds.

Considerations:
- Fixes and features only implemented for Teamhub Web and Desktop only
- TeamHub Desktop users need to update to the latest TeamHub Desktop App version for Windows and Mac. Detailed information on how to update the TeamHub Desktop App in the following Link (https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TeamHub/pages/48661151)
- No new features or fixes have been added to the TeamHub Mobile App. No TeamHub Mobile App upgrade is needed.

What it is fixed:
- CPU consumption on Web and Desktop App has been reduced, increasing its performance.
- The Outgoing CallerID Card now also shows the contact name and not only the number.
- Fixed a displayed error message when clicking a User On a thread. Now displays the "Audio Call" hyperlink instead.
- Time format in DND displayed as configured in preferences (12 / 24 hour).
- Take to "Home" or "App Gallery" screens when using direct links https://teamhub.sangoma.com/home and https://teamhub.sangoma.com/home/cpaas.
- Prevent sending email when user data in Portal has been changed.
- Avoid TeamHub closing the Sangoma Meet window while the user is sitting in the lobby and another participant joins.
- Files App is not longer limited to show 10 items per page
- Fixed jump function for “Saved Posts” and “Recent Mentions” in Desktop App instead of showing a blank screen

What it is new:
- Find Me / Follow Me: The Forward rule component has been changed to a radio button that displays multiple entries, making it more intuitive and easier to manage.
- Sangoma AI - The following AI automation has been added to Teamhub messages and threads.
> React for me: Users can request the AI engine to react by selecting and posting an emoticon aligned to the content of a received message.
> Summarize Threads: Users can request AI to summarize the content of a thread. The summary is shown in the Sangoma AI bot under the “Direct Messages” section.
> Threads Key Points: Users can request AI to provide the key points of a thread. The key points are shown in the Sangoma AI bot under the “Direct Messages” section.
> Channel moderation - Profanity and Toxic Filter: Channel Administrators can enable a moderation filter per Channel. The moderation filter has different moderation levels to make it less or more restrictive. Blocked messages are not published and users sending the messages are informed the message contains language that violates the channel standards.
- Now a Call icon is displayed on all Contacts instead of listing all extensions or phone numbers in the Talk and Contact screens. Clicking the Call Icon will dial the default Contact number Access to all contacts extensions and phone numbers is available by clicking the 3 dot menu or viewing the contact details.
- Users are now tagged when on a Meet session displaying a Meet Icon. Only displayed if the Meet session is initiated and joined through TeamHub.
