Description and scope: On Friday April 12th 2024 at 5:00 a.m. EDT we will be upgrading Sangoma CX - Cluster 2 to a new release that addresses some minor issues, improves the platform performance and introduces a feature improvement that will populate contacts regardless of whether the Caller ID includes the leading 1.

Intervention duration: 60 minutes.

Impact: Not expected to cause any degradation or loss of service. Calls and Textual Channels will still process.
