The restart takes less than 5 minutes but queued calls will drop and new calls won't be queued until the restart process finishes. Please reach our support team if you need assistance activating a contingency plan by routing calls to Business Voice extensions while this intervention is taking place.<br />- From 2:00 am till 4:00 am EST:<br /> > Container's infrastructure update.<br /> > Impact: The following services won't be available for 2 hours:<br /> + Digital Channels: Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram: contingency for these channels not available.<br /> + BV-CX integration: Customers using BV-CX integration will be able to use WebRTC extensions if configured.
